Account Eligibility

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

4.3 One Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and any associated balance may be voided, depending on the specific circumstances and whether bonus abuse is identified.

4.4 Account Prohibitions

The following individuals are not eligible to hold an Account:

• Individuals under 18 years of age (or the higher minimum required by the license jurisdiction);
• Individuals previously permanently self-excluded from the Platform;

Account Registration

Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards, w565 requires identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. Users may also be required to complete verification at account creation or at any point during account activity.

Acceptable identity documents include:

• Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC);
• Valid passport;
• Other government-issued photographic identification as accepted at the operator's discretion.

Additional documentation — such as proof of address or source of funds — may be requested in specific circumstances. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restriction. 7.3 Currency

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers available on w565 are subject to individual offer terms and conditions, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of conflict between individual bonus terms and these Terms, the individual bonus terms prevail in relation to that specific offer.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, minimum odds requirements, eligible game categories and expiry period are stated per individual bonus offer. Bets placed on certain game types (as specified per offer) may not contribute to wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate.

8.2 Welcome Bonus

Where a welcome bonus is offered to new registrants, eligibility is typically restricted to one use per household, device and payment method. The maximum bonus amount and associated deposit requirements are stated per the current offer terms. w565 reserves the right to modify or withdraw welcome bonus offers at any time without prior notice.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

Actions that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; exploiting promotional terms; using automated or systematic betting strategies to reduce wagering risk — are prohibited. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have bonus funds voided and may be subject to account closure.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on w565 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, event or game type. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform. In placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Cricket betting markets — including but not limited to Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are offered as sports betting products. References to PSL, ICC, PCB or specific cricket franchises are provided as sports context only. w565 has no official partnership, affiliation or endorsement relationship with the PSL, ICC, PCB or any cricket team.

w565 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: data feed errors; obvious pricing errors; match abandonment; evidence of match manipulation; or any circumstance in which the integrity of an event is in question.

Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per market and are displayed prior to bet confirmation. These limits may be updated without notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts;
• Using the Platform while under the minimum age requirement;
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technical aids that provide an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent platform rules;

Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Responsible Gambling

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit;
• Loss limits — caps on the net losses you may sustain over a defined period;
